Michal Szypkowski
Michal is a highly experienced recruitment specialist with over 18 years of global expertise across the Mining, Smelting, Cement & Aggregates, Logistics, Engineering, Construction, and Consultancy sectors.
As the founder of MSR International, Michal leads the recruitment of technical and support professionals within the Mining & Minerals, Cement Processing, and Smelting industries, with a strong focus on Australia, Canada, the USA, and international markets. He specializes in placing senior-level talent, including Vice Presidents, General Managers, and senior technical leaders across Technical Services, Plant Operations, and Maintenance functions.
Michal began his career with two of the industry’s leading mining recruitment firms, serving as a Principal Recruitment Consultant in major mining hubs such as London, Melbourne, and Perth.
Known for his deep understanding of the technical side of mining operations, Michal regularly visits client sites to gain first-hand insights into their projects and challenges. He is fluent in English, Polish, and Russian, and holds a Master of Arts degree in Political Science.
